It was nice to watch the Jalapao tribe win the reward challenge but it was very disappointing to watch them lose another immunity challenge. I think that they enjoyed themselves to much at the Charmin Cafe and got a little slow and lazy. Taj was tired and Spencer just didn't seem to have his head in the game. I think once he let out to the viewers that he was gay, he kind of went into a shell and that is too bad.
His attitude was kind of bad from the beginning of this episode when he said, 'but they are maybe inclined to get rid of someone like me just based on the fact that I am gay.' I think that was the beginning of the end for him because it affected his entire game. I don't think anybody would have really cared one way or the other. But you never know.
Coach, the Self Proclaimed Outdoors Man, Was Way Wrong About the Weather
I couldn't help but chuckle when Coach made himself look like an idiot when he started spewing off about the weather and what it was going to do, or not do, and it just started pouring down for a long time. Erinn even made a joke about it when she said, 'wouldn't it be funny, when the game is said and done with, that Coach says, 'Gotcha!', I'm really an accountant, and I have never left Nebraska.' I have read a lot about him and his accomplishments online, but I still have yet to see him live up to any of it. He sounds like he's an amazing guy, but not on Survivor Tocantins, at least not yet. Did you see him run during the reward challenge against the geek Stephen? Stephen ran just as fast as him. I would have assumed that Coach would have smoked him.
J.T. Loses a Tooth
J.T. is a heck of a player! He almost scored every point for the Jalapao tribe during the immunity challenge. He went down scoring a point while getting a tooth knocked out. Pretty impressive!
Tribal Council
Taj put on a really good front during the tribal council, especially when the talk of the hidden immunity idol came up. She was very convincing when she said that she did not have it. But of course that is the truth, because she gave it to Stephen to hold onto. He may be a real big threat in the next coming weeks. I don't like him and I don't trust him, that little squirrel. Despite how Taj was feeling, they all voted off Spencer. He is a really nice guy and I hope he has a good future.
Tribe Members Voted Off Survivor: Tocantins-
Carolina,
Candance,
Jerry ('Momma said there would be days like this')
Sandy ('Those are fartin' beans, honey!)
Spencer ('My performance today was pretty pathetic')
